After the Thunder lost 3 straight games since the All Star break, panic started to settle in for Thunder fans. With a hard fought win Friday night against Memphis 113-107 it settled some fans.
Sunday nights winter weather didn't prevent Thunder fans from showing up in full force against the Charlotte Bobcats. It was a close battle until the mid 4th quarter when the Thunder broke out with a blow out win 116-99.
Also Saturday it was made official the newly acquired Caron Butler joined the Thunder. The Milwaukee Bucks bought out his contract, and the Thunder signed him for the rest of the year. He will bring veteran leadership, and hard nose defense and can shoot from the perimeter.
Even though the Thunder gained a player, they lost one as well. Thabo Sefolosha got injured early in the Memphis game Friday night. Sefolosha will be out 4-6 weeks with a calf strain. Caron will be implemented into the Thunder lineup tonight vs the Philadelphia 76ers.
